ServiceNow Developer ITSM

Role Overview Webologix Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on IT Service Management to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ITSM solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. This is a full-time opportunity open to candidates across India on a work-from-office basis. Key Responsibilities - Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB - Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes - Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer processes - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs - Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patch management, and application enhancements - Troubleshoot platform issues and provide reliable production support - Ensure all development follows ServiceNow best practices and coding standards - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document requirements Required Qualifications - 5 to 10 or more years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development - Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules - Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations - Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes - Familiarity with Workflow and Flow Designer tools - Ability to manage platform upgrades and patches independently Why Join Us Webologix Ltd offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can grow your expertise in cutting-edge ServiceNow technologies.
