Service Delivery Manager - Finance and Accounting

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant to step into a senior leadership role managing complex, multi-geography accounting operations for international clients. You will be at the forefront of financial governance, process transformation, and team leadership within a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end accounting operations including inter-company eliminations, accruals, and sub-ledger closures under US GAAP, UK GAAP, or Ind AS - Oversee international tax compliance covering tax return preparation, transfer pricing documentation, and coordination with global tax authorities - Review financial statements and conduct statutory ledger reconciliations to ensure audit readiness and resolve complex discrepancies - Lead process transition and knowledge transfer from client organizations to the internal BPO team, and drive automation and process improvement initiatives - Manage, mentor, and develop large teams of 50 or more members while ensuring SLAs and client deadlines are consistently met - Serve as the primary financial point of contact for overseas clients, addressing queries and delivering strategic business insights Required Qualifications - Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory - Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation - Prior experience in BPO or KPO environments, Big 4 accounting firms, or managing US or UK clients is strongly preferred - Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or QuickBooks - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work flexible shifts aligned to client time zones Why Join Us Concentrix offers a dynamic and growth-oriented workplace where finance professionals can work with some of the world's most ambitious organizations.
