Role Overview HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator for Imaging Methodologies and Support Operations in Noida. In this position, you will manage Zero-Touch and SCCM configurations, troubleshoot complex technical incidents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities - Deploy and maintain enterprise imaging methodologies using SCCM system tools - Conduct root cause analysis on complex incidents escalated from desktop support teams - Train, mentor, and coach junior analysts on Zero-Touch imaging and deployment - Manage and update the centralized technical knowledge base and standard procedures - Collaborate with security teams to analyze and mitigate threats in imaging processes - Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely resolution of complex tickets within SLAs - Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by achieving first-call resolution Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field - Proven experience with SCCM administration, operating system deployment, and Zero-Touch - Strong understanding of OS deployment principles, security patching, and network configurations - Excellent problem-solving, analytical troubleshooting, and communication skills - Certifications such as Modern Desktop Administrator or ITIL Foundation are preferred Why Join Us At HCLTech, we value reinvention, innovation, and professional advancement.
