Role Overview HCLTech is seeking a skilled Senior Administrator for Imaging Methodologies and Support Operations in Noida. In this role, you will deliver advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and implement Zero-Touch imaging solutions using SCCM. Join our global delivery team to enhance security posture, ensure compliance, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Implement advanced imaging methodologies using SCCM in compliance with quality standards - Resolve complex incidents escalated by analysts, conducting thorough root cause analysis - Maintain and update knowledge bases and documentation for Zero-Touch imaging systems - Train and coach junior analysts on technical troubleshooting and operational best practices - Resolve support tickets within SLA parameters while collaborating with cross-functional teams - Improve customer experience and CSAT by achieving first-call resolution targets - Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate security threats across client imaging environments Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong technical knowledge of imaging methodologies, specifically Zero-Touch and SCCM - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and quality assurance procedures - Excellent technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with remote support teams Why Join Us At HCLTech, we provide a modern tech environment with the boldest ambitions for digital transformation.
