Role Overview HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator in Chennai to support a digital transformation for a respected Swiss private banking client. You will automate processes using Jenkins and PowerShell to ensure the stability of non-production environments. Key Responsibilities - Automate deployment and operational processes using Jenkins, PowerShell, and Ansible. - Resolve complex infrastructure tickets within agreed SLAs by collaborating with teams. - Perform root cause analysis for escalated incidents to prevent recurring issues. - Maintain, update, and document technical processes in the team knowledge base. - Mentor and coach junior analysts to enhance overall team capabilities. - Proactively identify and mitigate security threats to maintain a strong posture. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of IT operations or application support experience, ideally in banking/finance. - Advanced proficiency in Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and PowerShell scripting. - Strong experience with Python, Ansible, configuration management, and incident management. - Certification in Jenkins or PowerShell is highly desirable.
