Senior Technology Delivery Manager - DevOps Engineer

Role Overview IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a seasoned Senior Technology Delivery Manager to join its Information Technology function in Chennai. This role is central to driving product delivery excellence, ensuring transparent program tracking, and aligning technology solutions with business and customer-first objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge in banking and a proven track record of managing end-to-end technology delivery in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and strictly adhere to Incident SLA frameworks to ensure timely resolution and service continuity - Own the product release cycle from feature testing through deployment, ensuring all releases meet defined quality expectations - Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to design and deliver customer-first solutions - Lead agile project management activities and coordinate closely with project management leads and technology teams for on-time delivery - Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria along with user flow and data flow diagrams - Drive process adherence, ensure regulatory TDM compliance, and track all deliverables effectively - Champion adoption of collaboration tools to maintain program transparency and monitor product adoption and monetization metrics Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Computer Applications (B.Sc / B.Tech / BCA) or equivalent - Postgraduate qualification such as M.Sc, M.Tech, or MCA preferred - 5 to 10 years of overall experience in technology delivery or a related IT management role - Strong understanding of the banking domain is highly preferred - Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, user story creation, and release management Why Join Us IDFC FIRST Bank is one of India's fastest-growing new-age private sector banks, known for its customer-centric values and technology-driven approach to banking.
