Role Overview
Navsan is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Mac and Apple Endpoint Specialist to join its global IT support team on a remote, night shift basis. This is a high-impact role that requires deep technical command of Apple platforms, the ability to support C-level executives with discretion, and the confidence to operate independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings a premium service mindset and a track record of delivering exceptional end-user experiences across complex, geographically distributed organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and hands-on support for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices across the enterprise
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, application, network, and connectivity issues on Apple endpoints
- Manage the full Apple device lifecycle including provisioning, deployment, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning
- Administer Apple Business Manager and oversee device enrollment, supervision, and app deployment
- Support enterprise mobility and endpoint management platforms such as Jamf Pro, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, or Workspace ONE
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, certificate, VPN, and access-related issues
- Deliver white-glove technical support to C-level executives and senior leadership with urgency and professionalism
- Assist in executive meetings, presentations, remote work setups, and travel-related technology needs
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Network, and Service Desk teams to resolve escalated issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Provide cross-platform support for Microsoft Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience supporting Apple devices in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple hardware
- Strong working knowledge of Apple Business Manager and enterprise device management platforms
- Proven experience supporting VIP users and executive leadership in a multinational setup
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and identity management solutions
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and authentication technologies
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills with a clear, neutral, and professional style
