Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview FastTek Global is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning and execution of technology-focused projects and programs. This contract role involves driving enterprise-level technology implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will also be capable of serving as an Agile Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, guiding cross-functional teams through structured delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Define project and program scope, goals, and deliverables for technology application development and implementation - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with internal IT teams and external technology vendors - Communicate project status updates with quantitative measurements to stakeholders across multiple organizations - Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery - Manage technology product goals and translate long-term objectives into actionable roadmaps - Apply Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies across delivery lifecycles - Act as Agile Release Train Engineer managing cross-skilled teams within the assigned ART - Manage intake processes through assessment, estimation, and planning phases - Oversee scope change management and drive governance practices - Administer and control JIRA and Confluence tools, maintaining data sanity across platforms - Lead weekly health measurement forums, dashboard generation, status reporting, and risk monitoring - Facilitate cross-ART collaborative sessions including retrospectives and cadence meetings - Serve as the primary integration point with executive teams such as L1 and L2, Office of CTO, and Office of CPO - Monitor process adherence and activate remediation protocols where required Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in program or project management - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel - Strong expertise in Agile software development, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles - Experience managing cross-functional and cross-dependency teams in large-scale transformation programs - Solid understanding of OKR frameworks and delivery governance alignment Why Join Us FastTek Global offers a dynamic contract opportunity to work with a leading organization on enterprise technology transformation at scale.
