Senior Technical Product Manager

Role Overview ASAPP is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager in Bengaluru to own the platform layers connecting GenerativeAgent to integration ecosystems, voice channels, and developer tools. You will lead the strategy for API Connections, developer SDKs, Agent-to-Agent interoperability, and MCP servers. This is a highly technical role where you will build working prototypes and shape load-bearing systems critical for customer deployment. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the strategy for API Connections, MCP servers, and Developer SDK roadmaps. - Work with enterprise customers and account teams to prioritize features and sequence deliveries. - Manage partner relationships with third-party providers and orchestrate CCaaS telephony integrations. - Drive a documentation-first approach for developer APIs, SDKs, and integration guides. - Prune the product backlog relentlessly, saying no with clarity and data-driven evidence. - Establish metrics and telemetry across product areas to measure customer outcomes. - Engage with engineering leads to reason about model behavior, latency, and trust requirements. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and native AI platforms. - Technical depth to build working prototypes and engage on API, SDK, and integration architectures. - Experience with developer protocols like webhooks, OAuth, API gateways, or MCP/A2A. - Solid understanding of AI/ML systems, model behaviors, and CCaaS telephony stacks. - Proven track record of owning a complex product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
