Senior Technical Analyst - Oracle Cloud SCM (Logistics and Fulfillment / WMS)

Role Overview Connexions is looking for a skilled Senior Technical Analyst specialising in Oracle Cloud SCM, with deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Fusion SCM, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This is a contract or long-term engagement role open to candidates across Pan India with an immediate to 30-day notice period. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimising end-to-end logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations within complex enterprise supply chain environments. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle OTM, Oracle Fusion SCM, and WMS applications - Monitor and support transportation, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations across Oracle SCM platforms - Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipments, fulfillment transactions, and integration flows between Oracle Fusion SCM and OTM - Retrieve, analyse, and reconcile shipment data using Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integration services - Support transportation planning activities including shipment building, bulk planning, order movements, tendering, and execution - Analyse integration failures and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution - Configure and maintain transportation and logistics-related system settings and master data - Develop custom SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support business decision-making and KPI tracking - Create and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles - Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements - Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for system changes and upgrades Required Qualifications - 7 or more years of experience in Oracle SCM, Logistics, Transportation, or Warehouse Management solutions - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) - Experience supporting Oracle Fusion SCM modules and integrations - Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations - Experience with Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integration troubleshooting - Strong SQL skills with the ability to develop custom queries and operational reports - Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and transportation business processes - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Why Join Us Join Connexions to work on large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM transformation initiatives and collaborate with global logistics, transportation, and supply chain teams. - 7+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, Logistics, Transportation, or Warehouse Management - Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) - Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and integrations - Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations - Experience with Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integration troubleshooting - Strong SQL skills for custom queries and operational reporting - Experience analysing and resolving production support issues - Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and transportation business processes - Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills - Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus - Knowledge of EDI, API, and cloud integration frameworks is an advantage
