Senior Team Lead Accounts Receivable

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Team Lead for Accounts Receivable to lead and oversee all AR functions within our Finance Transformation division. This role offers the opportunity to drive functional excellence, implement process improvements, and ensure accurate and timely execution of accounts receivable operations. You will be instrumental in managing team performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution - Drive efficiency and accuracy in the AR cycle from invoicing through payment receipt and account reconciliation - Monitor team performance against established SLAs and KPIs to ensure timely and accurate processing - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement - Ensure all AR processes comply with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications - 7-11 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivables, financial operations, or related finance roles - Proven expertise in managing cash application, collections, reconciliation, and revenue recognition activities - Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle with advanced reporting capabilities - Demonstrated ability to manage team performance through SLA and KPI monitoring and analysis - Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit requirements in AR operations Why Join Us Join Deloitte and be part of a global consulting leader committed to driving innovation and long-term growth through enterprise technology solutions.
