Senior Specialist Finance

Role Overview PharmaLex is looking for a Senior Specialist in Finance to manage end-to-end finance operations across multiple entities. This role involves handling invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance including GST and TDS. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Indian taxation regulations to support a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities - Process and validate customer and vendor invoices including GST, TDS, and RCM applicability - Generate e-invoices and allocate customer receipts accurately and on time - Manage vendor onboarding activities covering KYC, MSME verification, and TDS compliance - Validate payment runs, ensure timely vendor disbursements, and reconcile vendor balances - Handle foreign payment compliance requirements including Forms 15CA and 15CB - Support month-end intercompany reconciliations and financial closing activities - Manage GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, annual returns, and GST refund applications - Process TDS payments and file quarterly returns including 24Q, 26Q, and 27Q along with issuance of TDS certificates - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for compliance reporting and audit support Required Qualifications - Graduate in B.Com or CA Intermediate qualification - 3 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role - Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations - Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Excellent reconciliation, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills - Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences when required Why Join Us PharmaLex, an affiliate of Cencora, offers a purpose-driven work environment where finance professionals contribute directly to the healthcare ecosystem.
