Senior SOC Analyst

Role Overview Join NTT DATA's global Cyber Defense Centre team as a Senior SOC Analyst working on a 24/7 rotational shift basis. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security logs, handling security incidents end-to-end, and tuning MSSP platforms and SIEM systems to detect threats efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge security technologies while collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams globally. Key Responsibilities - Monitor security tools and analyze security logs from client environments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities - Handle security incidents end-to-end including incident response, attack analysis, malware analysis, and forensics across multiple vectors - Tune MSSP platforms and client SIEM systems to improve detection accuracy, analysis efficiency and reporting capabilities - Perform threat hunting activities across individual client estates and cross-client hunting initiatives - Configure and manage security controls including Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy and other security infrastructure - Generate continuous improvement ideas for supported security tools and technologies to enhance company services and client experience - Adhere to SOPs and customer run books while proposing changes and improvements to standards - Identify automation opportunities that benefit clients and security delivery teams - Manage unresolved incidents and follow up until complete resolution - Support client delivery teams and maintain service level agreements Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing or related field - Security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP or CISM - Minimum 6 years of experience in SOC operations and SOC analysis - Seasoned experience with SIEM usage for investigations and security technologies like Firewall, IPS, IDS and Proxy - Extensive experience handling security incidents end-to-end and configuring security controls - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and security architecture - Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Why Join Us NTT DATA is a global leader in IT services and consulting with a strong commitment to cybersecurity excellence.
