Senior Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant

Role Overview Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Senior Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead complex ERP implementations in the Industrial and Equipment sector. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, designing and deploying AI-enabled business management solutions. Key Responsibilities - Act as a strategic functional leader, advising customer executives and project sponsors on ERP strategies. - Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery and solution design through to go-live. - Architect NetSuite solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations. - Define requirements for integrations, custom workflows, operational reporting, and advanced automations. - Support pre-sales activities, including solution reviews, estimations, and customer proposal developments. - Mentor junior consultants and build reusable implementation accelerators to grow our consulting practice. - Guide customers in adopting Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation within their ERP. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related discipline. - Six to ten years of experience in ERP consulting, manufacturing transformation, supply chain transformation, or enterprise applications. - Mandatory minimum of two years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite functional consulting and implementation. - Deep expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Demand Planning solutions. - Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Plant Managers and C-level executives.
