Senior Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant

Role Overview Oracle NetSuite is looking for a Senior Principal NetSuite Functional Consultant specializing in the Consumer Goods and Retail industries. You will serve as a trusted business advisor to retail executives, leading end-to-end ERP implementations and driving AI-enabled digital transformations. Join our professional services group to design scalable cloud solutions that help brands optimize customer experience and growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead NetSuite ERP discovery workshops, business process assessments, and roadmap designs for retail clients. - Architect and deliver solutions spanning NetSuite financials, inventory management, demand planning, and procurement. - Partner with technical development teams to design and validate complex system integrations and custom workflows. - Guide customers on leveraging Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation within NetSuite. - Support pre-sales engagements, including solution architecture reviews, estimations, and project proposals. - Mentor project teams, influence executive decision-making, and contribute to reusable consulting assets. - Ensure solution quality and strict alignment with Oracle NetSuite implementation methodologies. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related discipline. - Six to ten years of experience in ERP consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise applications. - Minimum of two years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP consulting and implementation experience. - Deep expertise in NetSuite Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
