Senior Manager - Business Systems & Transformation

Role Overview Raytheon is seeking an experienced SAP Leader (Senior Manager - Business Systems & Transformation) to drive process and systems harmonization in Bengaluru. In this position, you will lead a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical resources across ERP workstreams. You will play a vital role in defining the future of aerospace and defense business operations through SAP S4 HANA implementations. Key Responsibilities - Lead the SAP Record to Report (R2R) and Opportunity to Cash (O2C) teams at RTX India - Manage a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical analysts to meet project demands - Collaborate with global SAP stakeholders to ensure business continuity and standardized processes - Foster a high-performance culture through planning, mentoring, and goal tracking - Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams across the SDLC - Adapt SAP functional management to align with digital governance models - Publish performance metrics and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) - Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant SAP experience and software delivery management - At least 10 years of experience managing and coaching SAP functional and technical resources - Subject matter expertise in multiple SAP applications, including R2R and O2C modules - Hands-on experience managing and administering SAP S4 HANA ERP transformation projects Why Join Us At Raytheon, you will be part of a team solving the world's most complex aerospace and defense challenges.
