Role Overview
Infosys is hiring a dynamic Senior Lead for Client Operations and Services in Pune. In this strategic leadership role, you will manage enterprise-scale Sales Support Operations and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation programs across global client portfolios. Join our team to drive process optimization, leverage digital innovations, and steer large-scale operations towards exceptional commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-scale Sales Support Operations across multiple geographies.
- Own the operating model for Inside Sales, Sales Support, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation programs.
- Lead large, multi-layered operations teams through senior managers and assistant managers.
- Define long-term growth capabilities, automation initiatives, and technology roadmaps.
- Drive profitability through productivity improvements, cost optimization, and margin enhancement.
- Sponsor and steer digital transformation, AI analytics, and workflow modernization programs.
- Act as the executive escalation point for critical commercial compliance and service delivery issues.
- Manage executive-level governance meetings with client leadership to present roadmaps and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Hi-Tech manufacturing, distribution, or Telecom industry within BPM.
- Strong expertise in the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) domain and BPM operations.
- Exceptional executive-level client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of commercial, financial, and operating model frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in large-scale transformation, automation, and organizational design.
