Senior IT Operations Analyst

Role Overview Ensemble Health Partners India is a global leader in Revenue Cycle Management, combining AI-driven analytics, cloud-native architecture, and intelligent automation to transform healthcare operations. As a Senior IT Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the IT infrastructure team responsible for managing cloud and on-premises environments, with a strong focus on Azure Virtual Desktop and incident management. This is a fully remote opportunity based out of our Chandigarh hiring office, offering the chance to work with a 15,000+ member global team holding 12 technology patents and the second largest market share in the US RCM industry. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and support Azure resources following best practices for scalability and security - Proactively troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents related to Azure services, network connectivity, and resource utilization - Conduct regular security assessments and implement patches and vulnerability mitigations to ensure compliance with security standards - Optimize Azure resource usage to reduce costs without compromising system performance - Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and operational procedures - Provide telephonic support to US-based end users as required and offer training and guidance to junior team members on Azure best practices Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in IT operations with strong Azure Cloud knowledge - AZ-900 and AZ-140 certifications are mandatory - In-depth understanding of resource monitoring, incident management, and escalation processes - Proficiency in scripting languages including KQL and PowerShell - Sound knowledge of networking, Identity and Access Management, Update Management, and patching Why Join Us Ensemble Health Partners India offers a people-first culture where your work drives real impact in global healthcare operations, supported by structured learning paths, certifications, and a fast-scaling Global Capability Center in Hyderabad that values ownership, trust, and continuous innovation.

- AZ-900 and AZ-140 Azure certifications - 6 or more years of IT operations experience - Strong working knowledge of Azure Cloud environment - Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop - Proficiency in KQL and PowerShell scripting - Good knowledge of networking and Identity and Access Management - Experience with patch management and vulnerability mitigation - Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management processes - Ability to work in rotational shifts supporting US-based operations
