Job Description
Position Summary Do you want to own and shape all the elements of a great game: its setting, structure, rules, story flow, characters, interface design, and modes of play? Would you like to be part of a fun, driven, fast-paced team? PlaySimple Games is looking for Game Designers who can take games all the way from concept development to delivery. If you have a great passion for games, enjoy building things from scratch, and have the ability to break through hurdles to drive ideas through to completion, you’ll love this job.

- Design, balance and analyse new and existing features
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, artists and engineers to create a fun gaming
experience
- Communicate designs to key stakeholders
- Create and maintain game documentation
- Build and improve tools to make the design pipeline faster and more efficient for the team
- Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives
- Recruit and train designers for your initiatives
- Organize and conduct playtests to get feedback for new feature prototypes What we are looking for
- 4-6 years of
experience
in game design with 2 shipped title on mobile

Experience
