Role Overview EXL Service is searching for a Senior Executive to process US healthcare provider medical bills at our Noida facility. In this role, you will perform transaction processing and claims adjudication by applying specialized healthcare knowledge. Key Responsibilities - Review and process medical bills received from US-based healthcare providers. - Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and transaction speed. - Submit timely, formal appeals for contested claims using internal portals. - Provide supporting evidence, including performance reviews and project documentation. - Participate in structured training and feedback sessions to improve domain knowledge. - Collaborate with managers on custom development plans to build career skills. - Ensure strict adherence to shift schedules and operational timelines. Required Qualifications - Completed graduation from an accredited university. - Background or training in US medical billing adjudication processes. - Familiarity with medical terminology and billing codes (ICD, CPT). - Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and collaboration capabilities.
