Senior DevOps Engineer with Windows Administration

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to become a key member of our growing technology team in Chennai. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and optimizing infrastructure and application deployment pipelines on Azure. You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance solutions within a healthcare technology environment. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps services to accelerate software delivery - Collaborate with developers and business teams to streamline application deployment and management across Azure environments - Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability to meet service level objectives - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM templates and Terraform - Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in production environments - Contribute to application security, compliance policies, and proactive site reliability engineering practices - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams during critical situations and change management processes - Document processes, runbooks, and user guides to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing - Stay updated on Azure services and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering roles - Proficiency in scripting languages and strong command of Windows operating systems - Solid understanding of cloud methodologies and Azure services - Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA - Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Boards, and related features - Proficiency in Windows administration, networking, database management, and version control systems - Understanding of both microservices and monolithic application architectures - Familiarity with event, incident, problem, and change management frameworks - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us Talentgigs offers you the opportunity to work on impactful projects at the intersection of healthcare and cloud technology, alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
