Senior Consultant SAP AP AR GL

Role Overview EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP FICO to join the Global Delivery Services TechOps team. You will provide functional support for SAP FICO modules across various regions for global clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading organizations while ensuring system stability and optimizing financial processes through best-in-class solutions and innovation. Key Responsibilities - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application management support for SAP FICO including incident management, service requests, enhancement requests and change management - Resolve complex technical issues and system outages through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation - Support users by analyzing incidents and providing timely solutions with minimal operational disruption - Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and assess business needs for SAP FICO solutions - Lead mentoring and training of junior SAP FICO team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration guides, user manuals and test scripts - Participate in on-call rotation to provide off hours support ensuring availability and reliability of critical SAP systems - Work on shift hours based on client requirements across Australia, Asia, Europe and Americas time zones Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related technology field or comparable job experience - 3 to 7 years of experience in one or more areas within SAP FICO preferably with global clients - Strong knowledge of FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking Accounting, Asset Accounting and Cost Center Accounting - Experience with FI integration points with other SAP modules such as Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Human Resources, Production Planning and Plant Maintenance - Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills with ability to work in global cross functional teams - Ability to work with minimal guidance in time critical environments and manage flexible work hours including shift work Why Join Us Join EY and be part of a market-leading team of over 250 professionals in an integrated global transaction business. - SAP FICO module expertise covering GL, AP, AR, Banking Accounting, Asset Accounting and Cost Center Accounting - 3 to 7 years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience - Experience with SAP module integrations including MM, SD, HR, PP and PM - SAP FICO certification preferred - Level 2 or Level 3 Application Management support experience - Incident and change management expertise - Root cause analysis and problem solving capabilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience working in offshore or onsite global delivery models - Ability to mentor and lead junior team members - Flexibility to work on shift hours across different time zones
