Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Interoperability and Data Integration

Role Overview Cosette Network Pvt Ltd is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in healthcare IT, data integration, and interoperability standards. This is a mid-senior level full-time opportunity based in Chennai where you will lead complex technical and business initiatives while serving as a subject matter expert in healthcare data exchange. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-quality, compliant healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation across healthcare IT projects - Serve as SME for healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, CCD, ADT, and clinical data exchange protocols - Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting using SQL, Databricks, and related tools - Develop business requirements documents, source-to-target mappings, process flows, business rules, and technical specifications - Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance - Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to drive successful solution implementations - Mentor junior business analysts and promote best practices across analysis and documentation workflows - Partner with stakeholders in Claims, Enrollment, Care Management, Quality or HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and Utilization Management Required Qualifications - 8 to 10 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Data Integration, or Business Analysis roles - Strong working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CCD, ADT, SIU, and healthcare terminologies such as ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC - Advanced SQL skills along with experience using Databricks and data validation methodologies - Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira - Understanding of managed care operations including HEDIS, Prior Authorizations, Claims, and Quality programs - Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Why Join Us Cosette Network Pvt Ltd offers a collaborative and growth-focused environment where your expertise in healthcare interoperability will directly impact meaningful outcomes.
