Senior Business Analyst - Digital and Data Presales Consultant

Role Overview Birlasoft is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Digital and Data Presales team in Noida. In this role, you will drive end-to-end presales and solutioning activities across digital transformation and data-driven engagements, working closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to craft compelling, client-specific proposals. You will be a key contributor in shaping business outcomes by translating client requirements into winning solutions. Key Responsibilities - Support presales and solutioning efforts in the Digital and Data space, contributing to pursuit strategies and solution design - Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement analysis sessions to understand business context and co-create tailored solutions - Collaborate with Digital and Data Practice and COE teams to develop effective solution approaches and support business pitches - Manage the complete proposal lifecycle including scope finalization, solution review, commercial inputs, and timely proposal submission - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as sales, solutions, delivery, technology, and facilities to ensure high-quality proposal outputs - Identify and articulate the company's unique selling propositions and competitive differentiators based on market and industry knowledge - Liaise with internal technical, domain, and sales teams to ensure solution alignment and proposal accuracy Required Qualifications - 8 to 10 years of industry experience with an engineering educational background - Hands-on experience in at least two or more digital and data technologies such as Cloud Migration, RPA, CRM, UI/UX, eCommerce, IoT, Platform Engineering, Content Management, DevOps, Legacy Modernization, or Data and Analytics - Strong understanding of requirements gathering, management, and analysis for proposal development - Familiarity with proposal management methodologies covering initiation, planning, execution, control, closure, and retrospective activities - Prior experience in providing pre-sales technical support and engaging directly with customers or prospective clients - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong conflict management and decision-making capabilities Why Join Us Birlasoft is a global IT services leader known for delivering meaningful digital transformation to enterprises across industries.
