Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot complex incidents in JBoss and Tomcat, ensuring alignment with SLA standards. - Perform root cause analysis for escalated issues to improve system reliability and security. - Manage and update the technical knowledge base to support team training and service delivery. - Coach and mentor junior support analysts to build technical skills across application systems. - Partner with cross-functional IT teams to deploy system updates and maintain server security. - Maximize first-contact resolution rates to enhance customer experience and minimize case reopens. - Identify and mitigate security threats by applying security patches and server configurations. Required Qualifications - Professional degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Advanced proficiency in JBoss and Apache Tomcat administration and server performance tuning. - In-depth knowledge of incident management processes, ticketing systems, and root cause analysis. - Strong understanding of web application server architectures and security best practices. - Excellent communication, customer service, and team collaboration skills.
