SAP PM MOC Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP PM MOC Manager to join our team at EY. This is a strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Plant Maintenance and Management of Change processes within SAP environments. You will lead cross-functional teams and work with global clients to deliver robust SAP solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement SAP-enabled MoC processes covering technical, operational, and organizational changes - Configure and optimize MoC workflows integrated with SAP PM and DMS systems - Provide hands-on configuration experience in Plant Maintenance with integration across MM, QM, PP, and FICO modules - Lead SAP implementation, development, and support activities while managing project teams - Develop process definition documents, design documents, and business process procedures for client solutions Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering - Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP PM experience with proven expertise - Minimum two end-to-end SAP implementation projects with support, rollout, or upgrade experience - Domain experience in Plant Maintenance mandatory Why Join Us EY is building a better working world by creating value for clients, people, society, and the planet. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably Engineering - 10 plus years of relevant SAP PM experience - Minimum two end-to-end implementation projects with support, rollout, or upgrade experience - Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance business processes - Hands-on configuration experience in PM modules - Experience with technical objects including serial numbers, equipment, functional locations, work centers - Bill of Materials, warranty management, and maintenance planning expertise - Data migration experience with LSMW or BDC - Client-facing experience with proven delivery quality - Integration knowledge of MM, QM, PP, and FICO modules - SAP PM certification preferred - Knowledge of ABAP debugging preferred - Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry experience preferred - Middle-East implementation experience preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle clients and manage teams
