SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Role Overview YASH Technologies is hiring a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant in Bengaluru. Working in a hybrid model, you will analyze technical requirements and collaborate with clients to define project scopes and plans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and rolls-outs for global consulting firms. Key Responsibilities - Configure, implement, and support SAP PM and SAP EAM solutions on S/4 HANA systems. - Design functional specifications for interfaces connecting SAP with third-party user interface systems. - Collaborate with customers to define project scope of work documents, estimates, and project timelines. - Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and DevOps platforms to manage delivery. - Partner with cross-functional development teams and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders. Required Qualifications - 4 or more years of experience in SAP PM/EAM consulting, with a preference for 5-8 years in global consulting firms. - Proven experience with S/4 HANA system configuration, implementation, and rollouts. - Experience with Agile project methodology and tools like DevOps and JIRA. - Strong oral communication, presentation, and stakeholder-facing skills. - Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry or manufacturing maintenance is highly advantageous.
