SAP PIPO Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP PIPO Service Delivery Manager to support our Mercury technical landscape and associated technology solutions. Key Responsibilities - Provide operational support and day-to-day management across the integrated technical solution and functional areas - Assess the impact of changes to technical solutions and provide guidance on implementation - Assess and validate estimates provided by third parties and internal teams - Work closely with SAP Process Experts and Managed Service Support team to ensure solutions are operationalized - Support production configuration and implement solutions for change requests - Monitor system integrity and maintain alignment with agreed technical roadmaps - Conduct break-fix analysis and provide solution recommendations for finance-related processes Required Qualifications - Minimum 8 to 10 years of SAP PO middleware build and development experience through implementation projects and post go-live operations support - Experience with custom solution development and code optimization in SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, and BW integrated with PI/PO - Proficiency with adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA, JDBC, FILE, HTTP, FTPS, IDoc, RFC and Mail - Strong knowledge of SAP Business Framework Architecture APIs such as BAPIs, ALE, RFC, and SOAP - Experience with cloud solutions integration including C4C, ARIBA Buyer, and ARIBA Sourcing - Good understanding of security concepts including SSL, certificates, digital signing, and encryption - Knowledge of SAP CPI development and support - Familiarity with SAP BTP Tools and Products - Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and technical specification skills - Strong verbal and written English communication abilities - Experience with SLD environment setup and technical system configuration - Deep understanding of interface monitoring, error handling, and recovery procedures Why Join Us EY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet.
