SAP FSCM Credit Management Senior Manager

Role Overview Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Credit Management Senior Manager to lead complex credit management, collections, and dispute management implementations across multiple geographies. This role involves designing and configuring end-to-end SAP FSCM solutions for enterprise clients while managing SAP ECC and S4HANA environments. You will drive implementation strategy, ensure best practices adoption, and deliver high-quality financial solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management implementations from requirement gathering through go-live - Configure and optimize FI-AR modules and Sales Order-to-Cash processes in SAP ECC and S4HANA environments - Design credit risk mitigation strategies and implement controls within SAP FSCM architecture - Manage technical integrations including SAP Fiori applications, IDocs, XML, and banking connectors like EBS and Lockbox - Mentor and guide functional teams while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely project delivery Required Qualifications - 12 or more years of SAP functional consulting experience with minimum 2 end-to-end FSCM implementations - Expert-level knowledge in FI-AR, Sales Order-to-Cash processes, and credit risk management - Proven hands-on configuration experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA platforms - Strong understanding of SAP Fiori, IDocs, XML, and banking system integrations - Bachelor's degree in any discipline Why Join Us Join Capgemini's prestigious consulting division and work with leading multinational corporations on transformative SAP projects.
