SAP FICO Manager TechOps Application Management Consultant

Role Overview EY is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead the TechOps team in providing comprehensive application management support for SAP systems across multiple global regions. In this role, you will oversee functional support operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive solutions that ensure stability and optimization of critical SAP environments for global clients. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day application management support for SAP FICO and related modules across IT Service Management including incidents, service requests, enhancements and change management - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement while managing team performance and development - Resolve complex technical issues and system outages including root cause analysis, corrective actions and coordination with stakeholders - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including configurations, user guides and test scripts while ensuring knowledge transfer - Gather business requirements, assess needs and provide strategic advice on SAP solutions and design improvements for clients Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related technology field or equivalent professional experience - 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Asset Accounting modules preferably with global client exposure - Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes, methodologies and application lifecycle management principles - Proven ability to manage cross-functional and technical teams while driving functional and technical discussions with various stakeholders - Demonstrated experience in client management across multiple regions in a global setting with strong leadership and team building skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels Why Join Us Join EY's market-leading GDS TechOps team and become part of a global organization committed to shaping your future with confidence.
