SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our Enterprise Package Application Services team. You will work as part of the Infosys consulting team to support clients in their digital transformation journey by providing expert guidance on financial and materials management solutions using SAP modules. Key Responsibilities - Support the consulting team in all phases of SAP FICO projects including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design and deployment across AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting and COPA modules - Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be-processes and develop detailed functional designs based on client requirements - Configure solution requirements on SAP products, diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications and identify solution alternatives - Work with clients to identify business challenges, refine and analyze relevant data to contribute to client deliverables - Explore alternative solutions through research including literature surveys, vendor evaluation and proof-of-concept development - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with focus on delivering high quality value-adding solutions Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering degree - Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience - Strong integration knowledge across MM and SD modules - Proven expertise in Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Availability to Produce process flows - Hands-on configuration experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, FSCM and COPA - Ability to independently write Functional Specifications and work on custom object development - Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively Why Join Us Join Infosys and work on transformative projects with leading global clients. - 5+ years SAP FICO experience - Strong MM/SD module integration skills - Expertise in Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Availability to Produce - Configuration experience in AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, FSCM and COPA - Functional Specifications writing ability - At least one end-to-end SAP implementation project experience - Knowledge of Concur and Travel Expense solutions preferred - Industry domain knowledge preferred - Bachelor of Engineering qualification - Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
