SAP Basis and SAP ChaRM Consultant

Role Overview WillWare Technologies is looking for an experienced SAP Basis and SAP ChaRM professional to join our growing team in Chennai and Pune. This is a hybrid mid-senior level role with shift timings from 2 PM to 11:30 PM IST, ideal for candidates who bring deep technical expertise in SAP Solution Manager and change management across complex enterprise landscapes. Key Responsibilities - Manage and configure SAP Solution Manager Advanced Change and Request Management (ChaRM) across multi-system landscapes - Set up and oversee multiple ChaRM project types including Normal Change, Urgent Change, Defect Management, and TOC-based transport strategies - Design and administer parallel ChaRM cycles such as BAU and Project tracks, non-linear transport routes, and production-parallel UAT environments - Handle Transport of Copies (TOC), Main Transport releases, transport sequencing, and retrofit management end to end - Define and enforce audit-compliant transport governance, change cycle control, and controlled reintegration of fixes into the main ChaRM production path Required Qualifications - 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and SAP ChaRM - Proven expertise in designing complex transport strategies and managing change cycles in large-scale SAP environments - Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager configuration and landscape management - Experience with non-linear transport routes and parallel release cycle management - Ability to work in a hybrid model with evening shift hours aligned to global project requirements Why Join Us WillWare Technologies offers a collaborative and technically challenging environment where seasoned SAP professionals can work on large, multi-system enterprise projects.
