Salesforce QA Test Engineer

Role Overview Giggso is looking for a talented and forward-thinking Salesforce QA Test Engineer to become a key member of our Quality Assurance team in Chennai. You will take ownership of testing a heavily customised Salesforce platform, ensuring its quality, reliability, and performance at every stage of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain a Playwright-based automation testing framework tailored for Salesforce's dynamic UI and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing - Validate complex Salesforce configurations including Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Flows, and profile or role permission structures - Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, and Experience, including handling of asynchronous processes and third-party integrations - Leverage AI-driven testing tools and large language model assistants to accelerate test case generation, enable self-healing scripts, and perform intelligent impact analysis on Salesforce releases - Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and product owners to translate acceptance criteria into well-structured test cases - Document defects clearly, manage defect lifecycles, and deliver detailed QA metrics and test execution reports to key stakeholders Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience testing highly customised Salesforce environments with deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture including Objects, Fields, LWC, and Apex - Proven ability to write automation scripts using Playwright and JavaScript, including handling of shadow DOM, dynamic IDs, and complex iframes - Working knowledge or practical experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as autonomous testing agents, self-healing test platforms, or AI-based code generation tools - Proficiency in API testing using Postman or automated scripts for Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs - Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD integration using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Copado, or Azure DevOps - Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills within an Agile or Scrum team environment - Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is a strong advantage Why Join Us At Giggso, you will work on a cutting-edge Salesforce platform in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment where your QA expertise will have a direct impact on product quality.
