Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring scalable Salesforce applications that align with business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for EMEA market clients. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop applications using the Salesforce OmniStudio platform - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions - Build and configure Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards - Participate actively in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities - Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external third-party systems - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within an Agile delivery framework Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce OmniStudio platform - Strong expertise in Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards - Solid understanding of Salesforce development practices and integration patterns - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - 15 years of full-time formal education required - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred - Prior exposure to Salesforce Industries or Vlocity is an added advantage Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging EMEA market projects with a growing staffing and technology firm. - 3+ years of Salesforce OmniStudio development experience - Proficiency in Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards - Knowledge of Salesforce development and integration concepts - Experience working in Agile project environments - Strong problem-solving and communication abilities - Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience preferred - Salesforce Industries or Vlocity background is a plus - 15 years of full-time education required
