Salesforce Communications Cloud EPC CPQ Developer

Role Overview Komforce is seeking a skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with proven hands-on experience in EPC and CPQ to join a 12-month contract engagement aligned to the ANZ time zone. This is a build-focused remote role where you will configure and develop Enterprise Product Catalog and CPQ solutions that drive complex telco product and quoting flows. The ideal candidate must demonstrate real, tangible project work in Communications Cloud EPC and CPQ rather than surface-level familiarity. Key Responsibilities - Build and configure product specifications, product offerings, and commercial bundles within the Enterprise Product Catalog - Set up pricing rules, eligibility conditions, and product relationships to support telco product hierarchies - Develop and configure CPQ solutions including cart-based configuration, pricing workflows, and quoting flows - Build and troubleshoot OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures - Implement guided selling and configuration logic tied to the product catalog - Write clean, maintainable Apex code and Lightning Web Components for custom development needs - Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities across multiple environments - Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and fellow developers to meet sprint deliverables Required Qualifications - Demonstrable Salesforce Communications Cloud experience with specific EPC and CPQ project work - Hands-on EPC configuration covering product modelling, pricing, bundles, and eligibility rules - Hands-on CPQ development including cart configuration, quoting flows, and guided selling - Strong OmniStudio skills across OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures - Solid proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Component development - Understanding of telco product and quoting concepts including BSS and OSS context - Knowledge of integration patterns for catalog and quoting using REST and SOAP APIs - Ability to work during ANZ business hours - Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional, and Platform Developer I or II Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce developer to contribute to impactful telco solutions in a collaborative contract setting with a clear and focused delivery mandate.
