Salesforce Administrator - Revenue Operations

We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator for our Revenue Operations team who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of bridging business requirements with technical execution. This is a fully remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a high-performance, cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities - Translate business needs and opportunities into structured Salesforce system improvements, automations, and documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows and improve efficiency using the existing sales technology stack - Create and maintain Salesforce SOPs, process maps, user training materials, and documentation to drive adoption - Serve as the first point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and troubleshoot user issues within defined SLAs - Monitor recurring platform issues and recommend preventive measures to minimize disruption - Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and governance - Support data imports, exports, audits, and cleanups as part of ongoing data management activities - Perform QA testing of new features, automations, and integrations prior to deployment - Work closely with the CIO and Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align system updates with business priorities - Track enhancement requests and coordinate structured rollout of updates across teams Required Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support capacity - Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures - Proven experience with data import, export, and validation processes - Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable system documentation - Experience in QA testing for new system features or changes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment - Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not mandatory - Experience integrating third-party sales tools such as Similarweb, Gong, or RedVolcano is a plus - Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied in sales operations environments Why Join Us MonetizeMore offers a competitive salary that adjusts to your cost of living and experience, flexible working hours, access to continuous professional development, and unforgettable company retreats.
