RPA Developer - Robotic Process Automation

Role Overview TransUnion is looking for a skilled RPA Developer to join its growing technology team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions that drive efficiency and reliability across business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, develop automation workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UIPath, WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate - Write clean, scalable, and reusable code to implement end-to-end process automation - Conduct thorough testing to validate automation workflows and maintain quality standards - Create and maintain detailed documentation including workflow designs and user manuals - Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution design - Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing automation processes - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising within automation pipelines - Adhere to coding best practices and standards across all automation deliverables Required Qualifications - Mandatory proficiency in Java programming language - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, or Power Automate - Strong skills in coding, testing, and technical documentation - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in dynamic environments - Desirable: Certification in any automation tool such as Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional, Power Automate Specialist, or UIPath Developer Certification Why Join Us TransUnion is a globally recognised information and insights company that empowers businesses and consumers to make confident decisions.
