RIM Configuration Specialist - Veeva Vault

Role Overview Klarin Technologies is seeking a skilled RIM Configuration Specialist with deep expertise in Veeva Vault RIM to join their Chennai-based team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal professional will bring hands-on experience configuring and supporting Veeva Vault RIM, particularly within the Submissions and Registrations modules. This role demands the ability to work independently on end-to-end configuration tasks while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle complete end-to-end configuration activities independently within Veeva Vault RIM - Configure and support Veeva Vault RIM modules with a focus on Submissions and Registrations - Translate business requirements into effective and compliant system configurations - Configure workflows, lifecycles, security settings, document types, fields, page layouts, objects, and metadata on the Veeva Vault platform - Manage configuration migration and deployment across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments - Conduct Veeva Vault release impact assessments and coordinate regression testing and remediation - Perform data management and bulk data operations using Veeva Vault Loaders and related tools - Support data migration, metadata updates, bulk document changes, and object record management - Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, validation, and technical teams during requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment - Ensure adherence to GxP validation and regulatory compliance requirements - Maintain thorough system documentation, deployment records, and configuration specifications - Troubleshoot configuration issues and deliver timely resolutions Required Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM configuration - Mandatory experience in RIM Submissions and Registrations modules - Proficiency in Veeva Vault Loaders and data management activities - Veeva Vault Platform Certification is mandatory - Solid understanding of deployment, migration, and release management processes - Knowledge of workflows, lifecycles, security configurations, and metadata management - Familiarity with GxP validation and regulatory compliance standards - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities Why Join Us Klarin Technologies offers a dynamic work environment where regulatory technology professionals can make a meaningful impact on life sciences compliance operations.
