Retail Associate

Role Overview adidas is seeking a Retail Associate to join our store team in New Delhi. In this role, you will inspire customer loyalty, drive sales, and execute day-to-day store operations to help achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities - Deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards to build customer loyalty - Share seasonal product knowledge and highlights to guide customer purchasing decisions - Process merchandise shipments, stock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising layouts - Complete customer sales transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register - Protect store assets by minimizing stock loss in the stockroom and on the sales floor - Work collaboratively with team members to foster a safe and clean retail environment - Engage actively in store training programs to continuously improve service performance Required Qualifications - Minimum high school education or equivalent academic qualification - Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills in English - Passion for sports, fashion, and connecting with diverse customers - Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks - Ability to work flexible day shifts and stand for extended periods Why Join Us At adidas, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that supports personal growth and development.
