Remote LLM Trainer - Agent Completion Tasks

This remote contract role involves contributing to a high-impact project with a foundational LLM company, where your work directly helps train and evaluate cutting-edge large language models. You will generate high-quality proprietary data in the form of multi-turn agent conversations, helping these models become smarter, more capable, and better at real-world reasoning. Key Responsibilities - Design and simulate realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants using tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive applications - Play both the user and assistant roles within each dialogue, including simulating tool calls and function-calling logic where required - Carefully determine when the assistant should use available tools, ensuring logical flow and accurate function call usage throughout each conversation - Craft dialogues that showcase natural language understanding, contextual intelligence, and graceful handling of both feasible and infeasible user tasks - Maintain strict adherence to defined formatting and quality standards using an internal playbook - Iterate on conversation samples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism, clarity, and overall training value - Collaborate with peers and quality reviewers to ensure consistency across all deliverables Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical domain - Solid understanding of APIs, data formats such as JSON, and logical problem-solving regardless of the specific programming language or tech stack used - Strong written communication skills in English with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence - Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic assistant-user dialogues that reflect real-world limitations and expectations - High attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed guidelines with consistency - Prior experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is an added advantage Why Join Us This is a fully remote freelance opportunity that lets you work on some of the most advanced AI projects in the industry from the comfort of your home.
