Remote LLM Trainer - Agent Completion Tasks

Role Overview Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies and is looking for a skilled Remote LLM Trainer to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading foundational large language model company. In this role, you will help improve the capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems by generating high-quality proprietary training and evaluation data. Your core focus will be on Agent Completion data generation, where you simulate realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants that leverage function-calling tools to accomplish complex goals. Key Responsibilities - Design and craft multi-turn dialogue scenarios that simulate genuine interactions between users and AI assistants using everyday apps such as calendar, email, maps, and cloud storage. - Play both the user and the assistant roles in conversations, including accurately emulating the assistant's tool calls wherever required. - Apply sound judgment in selecting when and how the assistant should invoke available tools, ensuring logical decision-making and proper use of function calls throughout each dialogue. - Produce examples that demonstrate natural language use, intelligent reasoning, and contextual awareness across multiple conversation turns. - Create training samples that showcase the assistant handling feasible tasks successfully, identifying infeasible ones gracefully, and sustaining engaging general chat when no tools are needed. - Ensure all generated conversations follow defined quality standards and formatting guidelines as outlined in the internal playbook. - Refine and iterate on conversation examples based on reviewer feedback to continually improve realism, clarity, and training value. - Collaborate with team members and reviewers to uphold consistency and high delivery standards. Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical discipline. - Familiarity with any programming language or tech stack, with a strong understanding of APIs and data formats such as JSON. - Solid technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs. - Capacity to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect genuine user expectations and assistant limitations. - Excellent written communication skills in English with an emphasis on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence. - High attention to detail and creativity when designing realistic scenarios and assistant responses. - Experience with large language models, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is an added advantage. - Ability to consistently follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards.
