Remote LLM Trainer - Agent Completion Tasks

This contract role is part of a project with a leading foundational LLM company, where your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality training data that helps improve the reasoning and agentic capabilities of next-generation AI models. You will play a critical role in advancing how AI assistants understand and complete real-world tasks through structured multi-turn dialogue creation. Key Responsibilities - Design and simulate realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants involving tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive applications - Play both the user and assistant roles within each dialogue, including simulating function-calling tool usage where applicable - Carefully determine when and how the assistant should invoke available tools to ensure logical flow and accurate function call usage - Craft dialogues that reflect natural language, contextual understanding, and intelligent assistant behaviour across multiple conversation turns - Generate training examples that showcase task completion, recognition of infeasible requests, and appropriate general chat responses - Ensure all conversation samples follow defined formatting and quality standards outlined in the internal playbook - Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism, clarity, and overall training value - Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high output quality Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical domain - Working knowledge of any programming language or technology stack, with a strong understanding of APIs and data formats such as JSON - Solid technical reasoning skills with the ability to simulate realistic assistant behaviour in tool-driven environments - Ability to break down complex tasks and model natural user-assistant interactions with contextual accuracy - Excellent written communication skills in English, with clarity, proper tone, and instructional coherence - Attention to detail and creativity when designing diverse and realistic dialogue scenarios - Prior experience working with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus - Ability to consistently follow detailed formatting guidelines and quality standards Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge AI systems alongside some of the world's leading language model companies, all from the comfort of your home.
