Remote LLM Trainer - Agent Completion Tasks

Role Overview Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies and is actively looking for skilled freelance LLM Trainers to support a project with a leading foundational large language model company. In this role, you will contribute to improving the quality and intelligence of cutting-edge AI models by generating high-quality proprietary training and evaluation data. This is a fully remote, contract-based engagement offering hands-on experience with frontier AI systems. Key Responsibilities - Design and produce multi-turn conversations that simulate realistic interactions between users and AI assistants using everyday tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive applications - Play the roles of both the user and the AI assistant within each dialogue, including accurate simulation of tool or function calls where required - Select appropriate moments for the assistant to invoke available tools, ensuring logical decision-making and correct function call usage throughout each conversation - Craft natural, contextually aware dialogues that demonstrate intelligent assistant behavior across multiple conversational turns - Generate diverse examples covering task completion, recognition of infeasible requests, and general conversational engagement when tools are not needed - Ensure all conversations adhere to formatting and quality standards defined in the internal project playbook - Iterate on submitted examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism, clarity, and training value - Collaborate with team members and reviewers to uphold consistency and high delivery standards Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical domain - Working knowledge of at least one programming language or technology stack, with strong understanding of APIs and data formats such as JSON - Demonstrated ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic assistant-user dialogues - Excellent written English communication skills with emphasis on clarity, tone, and instructional precision - Creative thinking and strong attention to detail when designing conversational scenarios - Ability to follow detailed formatting guidelines with consistency - Prior exposure to large language models, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus Why Join Us This role gives you the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced AI projects in the world from the comfort of your home, collaborating with leading LLM companies at the frontier of AI development.
