Role of a Recruiter
Recruiting is easy to explain. The Gopher document explains the role of a recruiter brilliantly as follows:

1. Find a client with an open position and then find a person who is qualified to fill the position;
2. Get him/her to meet the client;
3. Convince the applicant and the client that this hire is good for both of them and;
4. Collect a fee.
   

But Recruiting is hard to do. Recruiting is a sales position where your buyers are also the products you're selling (applicant and employer). The majority of a recruiter's time is spent on the phone selling! The skill in the recruiting business is power, efficiency and speed with which you call.

In summary, recruiting is often a lot of hard work. Loads of calls and follow ups. And most of the times, you have to be available on call at a time that is convenient for your client or your candidate. For those of you who are outcome oriented, this is an amazing role. Recruiters need to know more to be effective, hence, they are often forced to learn something about everything. Also, since speed and efficiency significantly impact your performance, Recruiters are tech savvy as well.

This means that Recruiting is not a regular 9 to 5 job. You should be aware of this before you apply!
The present requirement is for Sourcing Division of TMI e2E Academy Pvt. Ltd., Details are as given below:

Reports to:    Team Leader of the team in which the RSE is deputed.

4. Should Have a Natural flair of selling
5.  Ability to strike a conversation with a rank stranger over the phone will be a deal swinger!
6. Should have the ability to build relationships that last over a longer period of time than the job opening itself  .

1. Above average Excel Skills
2. Prior experience of working within a software
3. Loads of tenacity and patience
4. Process Orientation

1. Should speak English and the local language.If they are conversant in Hindi and an additional vernacular language, nothing like that.
2. Should be a Graduate
3. Proficiency in emails and worksheets will be an advantage

Work Timings   
We work 5 days a week, except on the 1st Saturdays’ of every month. The work timings are flexible and based on projects and client requirements.

The RSE can move into a Sr. RSE, TL, AM and so on based on performance. The growth in TMI is faster than in equivalent companies in similar sector.

Assessment Process   
This will include a CV Based shortlisting, followed by the following:

1. Telephonic
2. Personal HR & Peer Round
3. Supervisor Round

We also test job seekers on their Written, Verbal and allied communication skills and ability to work with data.
