QA Analyst

Role Overview Prose on Pixels is looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our quality assurance team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with implementation managers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-tested digital products. Key Responsibilities - Plan, develop, and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance/stress testing - Perform QA testing on web and mobile platforms including acceptance, load, performance, and post-implementation testing - Identify, document, and track defects and issues using standard defect tracking systems - Test landing pages, email delivery workflows, on-site check-in processes, post-event follow-up touchpoints, and third-party integrations - Interpret product requirements and provide actionable feedback on usability, functionality, and quality to implementation managers - Prepare and hand off customer assets to relevant team members while documenting customer-specific processes and work instructions - Develop comprehensive campaign documentation and maintain clear test coverage reports - Monitor, track, and report test results and coverage statistics to stakeholders Required Qualifications - Prior experience in software quality assurance or a related testing role - Hands-on knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies - Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management systems - Experience testing web and mobile applications - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into effective test plans - Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-team collaboration Why Join Us Prose on Pixels offers a collaborative work environment where your contributions to quality directly impact product success.
