About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Python Lead/Architect with deep expertise in Python development, modern web architectures, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, leading development teams, and delivering scalable enterprise-grade applications using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and cloud-native technologies. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture capabilities, leadership skills, and experience implementing AI-powered business solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and lead the development of enterprise-scale web applications using Python-based frameworks and modern frontend technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming frameworks.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven services.
• Lead integration initiatives with third-party systems, external platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Design scalable and resilient application architectures leveraging microservices and distributed systems principles.
• Implement Generative AI-powered solutions and integrate Large Language Models into enterprise workflows.
• Design and build AI-enabled applications utilizing prompt engineering, intelligent automation, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver business solutions.
• Define API governance standards, security controls, and development best practices.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, security, availability, and maintainability.
• Design messaging and event-processing solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and related technologies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution design assessments.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud-native architectures, and industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12 to 17 years of software development experience with extensive expertise in Python application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python frameworks including Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications and solution architectures.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Experience developing event-driven and asynchronous applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, and messaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger-based services.
• Strong backend development expertise including API design, business logic implementation, and integration services.
• Experience with React.js and modern frontend application development.
• Expertise in database design, optimization, and development using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or equivalent databases.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building AI-powered enterprise solutions and integrating AI services into business applications.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication, authorization, and secure API development.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development environments.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
