About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in the payments industry to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in credit and debit card ecosystems, issuer and processor models, account-level data management, and modern digital product development. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams to define product vision, identify market opportunities, and deliver customer-centric payment solutions. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, optimizing customer experiences, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the product ecosystem.

What You'll Do:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation, discovery, and design through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, sales, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
- Manage and maintain product backlogs using Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Create detailed product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Drive innovations across payment products involving credit cards, debit cards, transaction processing, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Analyze account-level customer data to develop segmentation, personalization, customer targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Define data-driven product enhancements that improve customer acquisition, retention, and transaction growth.
- Partner with engineering teams to design API-driven and microservices-based product capabilities.
- Monitor key product performance metrics, customer adoption trends, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure seamless execution across delivery teams.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on roadmaps, priorities, risks, and progress.
- Facilitate product workshops, roadmap reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Support regulatory, security, compliance, and governance requirements within payment products.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings to drive innovation.

Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Product Management within the payments, banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of credit card and debit card lifecycle management processes.
- Deep knowledge of issuer, processor, payment network, and transaction processing ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading digital product development initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, backlog management, and product delivery frameworks.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, business cases, market strategies, and customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of account-level customer data, segmentation models, profiling, and data enrichment methodologies.
- Experience working with APIs, microservices architectures, and modern technology platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Familiarity with roadmap management tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with large-scale customer datasets and data-driven product strategies.
- Understanding of secure data management, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to AI-powered features, personalization engines, or intelligent product capabilities is desirable.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts, data processing pipelines, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making and align diverse teams toward common product goals.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring product teams and driving strategic initiatives.
