Job Description:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build and deploy production AI systems directly within client environments while owning the technical relationship end to end. This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with strong client-facing communication to translate business needs into robust, scalable AI architectures rather than temporary prototypes.

What will your role look like

• 
  Solve complex AI problems on-site and in real time directly within client environments.
• Translate high-level business requirements into fully deployed, production-ready AI systems.
• Design and own end-to-end AI architectures, covering retrieval mechanisms, agentic workflows, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proactively manage expectations across all client stakeholder levels and maintain strong technical relationships.

We would like you to bring along

• 
  8+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of production system ownership.
• Fluency in Python, with additional experience in TypeScript, Go, or Java considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and strategic judgment on model selection.
• Proficiency with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom orchestration) and tool-calling design.
• Familiarity with vector databases, chunking and embedding strategies, MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Comfort working with messy, unstructured client data while managing data privacy, security, and access controls.
• Strong go-getter instinct for ambiguous problems paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
