PSO Overall Lead EDA and Transformation

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PSO Overall Lead to drive end-to-end Professional Services Organization functions across multiple programs and portfolios. This role encompasses Enterprise Data Architecture and digital transformation initiatives, requiring a strategic leader who can enforce delivery governance, ensure platform stability, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end PSO functions across multiple programs and manage portfolio-level transparency on cost, schedule, scope, and risk - Define and enforce enterprise delivery governance frameworks, standards, and controls with established review cadence and escalation mechanisms - Ensure alignment of program execution with client SLAs, organizational objectives, and compliance requirements while acting as single point of accountability for delivery health - Support leadership with data-driven insights and executive dashboards while coordinating with infrastructure, database, and application teams for environmental support - Oversee performance tuning, optimization of applications, release deployments, and smooth migration across production environments Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - 12-15 years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio, Informatica, Tableau, Hadoop, advanced SQL, ETL, data warehousing, and Unix/Linux scripting - Proven expertise in handling large-scale production environments with strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incidents, Problem, and Change management Why Join Us Join Infosys to work on transformational projects that impact global organizations. - 12-15 years industry experience in Tableau, MSTR, Hadoop, Informatica, Ab Initio, Unix, and Python - Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning - Deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration - Strong Unix/Linux scripting and command-line tools knowledge - ITIL processes expertise in Incidents, Problem, and Change management - Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills - Ability to influence architecture decisions and drive platform strategy - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
