This role will be responsible for execution of data centre projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

• About the Role:

• Lead and manage all civil and structural works across the project.
• Review and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural designs with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved programme and quality standards.
• Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist works.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and construction-related challenges.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Review contractor progress and provide technical inputs for project reporting.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

• About You:

• Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
